- Stamina is used to forge weapons in your shop. Every Braver's request has a different stamina cost which correlates into how many material slots you get to use during the forging process.
- Stamina is also used to mass produce weapons from weapon records and to purchase Silver Recruitment Tokens.
- Stamina naturally regenerates over time. 1 stamina every 10:00 minutes. This can be shortened by acquiring the Holy Light Stimulant master perk.
